I am a PhD student jointly between Southern Cross University and the National Marine Science Center. My main research focuses on coral reef metabolism and looking at the impacts that climate change is likely to have. My research involves using the coral reefs natural isolation at low tide to track changes with particular attention paided to alkalinity and Dissolved Inorganic Carbon to measure the rates of metabolism.
